1. After making a reservation for the apartment, the client receives an SMS with the access code to the key box.
2. Upon arrival at the rental location, the client locates the key box next to the entrance door of the apartment.
3. The client enters the received access code on the keypad located on the key box.
4. After entering the correct code, the key box opens, allowing the client access to the keys.
5. The client retrieves the keys from inside the key box and closes it without keys inside.
6. The keys used to open the apartment door are labeled and assigned to a specific apartment.
7. The client uses the retrieved keys to open the apartment door and use it during the rental period.
8. After the stay is over, the client returns the keys to the key box and closes it again.
9. In case of any issues with retrieving the keys from the key box, the client can contact the renting staff, who are there to help.
